Shipping Information
Please use the information below if you do not have an form and need to place an order on
plain paper.
TERMS: Cash payment with order. Orders paid with check will be held for clearance.
In case of bank returned check, there will be $15 fee for each time a check does not
clear.
RETURNS: Ten-day return privileges on coins in original holders. Bullion - No return
privileges.
GRADING: All coins guaranteed genuine. Grading standards used: B&D, ANA, Photograde
and common sense.
STOCK: All coins subject to prior sale. Prices may change without notice.
STANDARD POSTAGE & HANDLING: Please add P&H to all orders unless otherwise noted.
For Coin and Currency Postage is $5.00
For Heavy Supplies Postage is 10% of the amount ordered
Outside of U.S., please call - All international orders are mailed uninsured mail at the
buyers risk
SALES TAX: WI Residents please add 5% sales tax
CREDIT CARD ORDERS: We accept MasterCard, Visa & Discover on all orders except
bullion. Please include your signature with a pencil rubbing of raised information. To
verify orders, orders must be sent to your billing address. Prices listed are discounted
for cash or check payment - Credit card purchases, add 3% to the total order.
Fritz on . . . . . .MAILING, DELIVERY and INSURANCE
Please note that we send the majority of our orders via the U.S. Post Office by insured or
registered mail. Most packages (except heavy with low value) go by 1st class or
Priority mail. UPS insurance does not cover coin shipments. We try not to use
the word COIN on the package so there is no indication of contents or value.
We mail lots of packages a month and even with the safeguards, there can be a packages
lost. If a package is lost, the P.O. requires 30 days to allow for slow
delivery. Then, we start a tracer and file a claim (P.O. may take 60 days or
more). We cannot refund or replace any lost package until the post office verifies
the loss. It's funny how many times that a package can be “lost in the
house”.
If you are sending us your “treasures” for us to purchase, we also suggest that
valuables should be packaging in sturdy container and sent insured. Also, buy
correct insurance coverage. It's a waste to OVER insure packages. The fee for
a $100 package via INSURED mail is $2.20 and the fee for the same $100 package via
REGISTERED mail is $8.85.
